Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: USA (Remote / Hybrid preferred)

Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead with deep experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive multi-channel campaign execution and marketing strategy.
This role requires a strategic “doer”—someone who can define marketing approaches while also executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing for lead generation, conversion, and revenue impact.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in performance marketing, analytics, and cross-functional execution, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaign plans to drive brand awareness and revenue
- Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, on-site placements, lifecycle/nurture journeys)
- Align campaigns to lead generation, demand generation, and revenue goals
- Support Adobe → Salesforce Marketing Cloud transitions where applicable
- Oversee creation of marketing assets and promotional materials
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor lead flow, conversion rates, pipeline impact, and revenue attribution
- Track and analyze KPIs across campaigns and channels
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and engagement
- Assess market penetration and customer satisfaction
Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, etc.)
- Deliver performance insights and recommendations to leadership
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
Cross-Functional Execution & Project Management
- Partner with marketing, product, sales, analytics, and legal teams
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution and timelines
- Develop documentation, workflows, and presentations
- Support internal communications, training, and marketing initiatives
- Ensure alignment with corporate strategy and operational plans
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in Performance Marketing (lead generation, conversion optimization, ROI focus)
- Expertise in Analytics & Reporting (KPI tracking, dashboards, attribution)
- Experience with cross-functional execution and stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required)
- Experience launching and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to operate as a strategic thinker and hands-on executor
Technology Requirements
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required)
- Aprimo, Pega (preferred/plus)
- Adobe Experience Cloud (transition experience strongly preferred)
- Tableau / Power BI / Data Studio (or similar reporting tools)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries
- Experience with email marketing, lifecycle journeys, and digital campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing automation migrations (Adobe → Salesforce)
- Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
