Location: San Antonio, TX
Duration:12 Month Contract On-Site
Rate: $37-$42/Hr
We’re looking for a Business Process Analyst to help improve how our business operates. This role focuses on analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and using data to drive better decisions and performance.
You’ll work closely with business teams to understand challenges, recommend solutions, and ensure process improvements are successfully implemented.
What You’ll Do
Analyze current business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks
Use data to evaluate performance and support decision-making
Develop and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Create clear process maps, documentation, and reports
Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in simple terms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes
Monitor results and adjust processes as needed
Ensure processes meet compliance and risk management standards
What We’re Looking For
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
Experience with process mapping and documentation
Strong communication skills (able to explain complex ideas simply)
Experience working with stakeholders across different teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Preferred Experience
Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
Background in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting
Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, reporting tools, etc.)
Experience driving change and implementing new processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
~5–7 years of relevant experience in business analysis or process improvement
