Job/Role Description:
- This role focuses on building and maintaining automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support data-driven decision making across the enterprise.
- Develop, test, and maintain Python scripts and automation workflows using Ansible to reduce manual effort and ensure consistent infrastructure and application configurations.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources for reporting and operational insights.
- Design and deliver interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI that provide clear, actionable intelligence to stakeholders.
- Identify automation opportunities, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and implement scalable Python-based automation.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automation scripts, SQL queries, and Power BI reports to maintain high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation tools with existing systems and ensure seamless data flows.
- Document all automation processes, code, and reporting solutions while following best practices for version control, security, and maintainability.
- Provide technical guidance and support on automation initiatives and data visualization tools to internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Python and Python coding for developing automation solutions and scripts
- Adept at writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Proven experience with Ansible for configuration management, orchestration, and IT process automation
- Strong hands-on experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI
- Solid understanding of automation principles, scripting best practices, and integrating multiple tools into cohesive workflows
- Experience working in collaborative, team-oriented environments with a focus on delivering reliable, production-ready solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting processes and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
