Executive Support Analyst (White-Glove IT Support)
New York, NY (Onsite – 5 days/week)
24-month contract (potential for conversion)
$73-75/hr W2 – NO 1099, NO CTC, NO THIRD PARTY
•Provide high-touch, white-glove IT support to senior leadership in a highly visible environment, requiring professionalism, discretion, and strong problem-solving skills.
•Deliver a seamless executive support experience by anticipating needs, proactively resolving issues, and continuously improving processes in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting.
Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in Technology Operations / IT Support
• 2+ years supporting executives (white-glove / VIP support)
• Strong experience managing high-priority incidents and escalations
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
• Familiarity with mobile device support (iOS, Android)
• Experience with video conferencing tools (Teams Rooms, Zoom, Webex)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN)
• Experience with device management tools (Intune, SCCM)
• Ability to support flexible hours / after-hours needs
