Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall professional experience with at least 2–3 years in Financial Services, investing, sustainability, climate strategy, risk management, or related fields.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights and documentation.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of climate-related frameworks including:
  • Climate scenario analysis
  • GHG accounting
  • Decarbonization strategies
  • Climate resilience and transition planning
  • Sustainability reporting and target-setting frameworks
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage ambiguity, and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
