Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist (Loan IQ)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Duration: 12-month contract (potential for extension or conversion)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Rate: $30/Hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Execution Administrator to support commercial loan servicing operations within a fast-paced banking environment. This role is responsible for handling administrative and operational functions tied to the lifecycle of commercial loan transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high level of client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business execution activities by assisting with process improvements, tools, and operational workflows
• Perform complex administrative and operational support tasks related to commercial loan servicing
• Manage loan lifecycle activities including:
  • Account maintenance
  • Loan modifications and rebookings
  • Transaction processing
• Respond to escalated inquiries and provide resolution support
• Interact with internal stakeholders and clients to gather and communicate information
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all servicing functions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in administrative, operational, or business support roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in commercial loan servicing or banking operations
• Familiarity with loan lifecycle processes (servicing, maintenance, rebooking, etc.)
• Experience with loan systems such as Loan IQ (highly preferred) or similar platforms (e.g., ACBS, AFS)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships
