Job Title: Recruiter - Full Cycle 
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 8 months contract with chance of extending or converting 
Type: 100% onsite 

Max Rate: 33.50/HR

Job Overview
We are seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to support high-volume hiring in a large, highly regulated corporate environment. This role is responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation—while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business needs

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Source candidates through job boards, databases, networking, and direct outreach
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide consultative support
  • Submit qualified candidates and facilitate feedback and hiring decisions
  • Assist with offer negotiation, including compensation discussions
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume environment
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring practices
  • Support skills-based hiring initiatives and diversity-focused recruiting strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree OR additional 2+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting hiring in a large (30,000+ employees), highly regulated environment (e.g., financial services, insurance, etc.)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
  • Strong ability to manage high-volume requisitions (100–300 hires annually)
