Overview

Responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting candidates. Works closely with hiring managers to meet hiring needs while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Supports multiple requisitions simultaneously and contributes to talent strategy through market insights and recruiting analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer negotiation
  • Post job advertisements and source candidates using internet databases, networking, and sourcing tools
  • Screen, interview, and qualify candidates
  • Submit and review candidates with hiring managers
  • Assist with salary negotiation and closing candidates
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain updates in systems
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting processes and regulations
  • Handle multiple requisitions while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience

Required Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineers, architects, cloud engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity analysts, DevOps, or IT infrastructure professionals
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern tech stacks
  • Ability to influence hiring managers using market trends, compensation insights, and talent availability
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience using recruiting analytics (time-to-fill, funnel metrics, pipeline health)
  • Experience with ATS, CRM systems, sourcing tools, and market intelligence tools
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify and source technical talent

Daily Responsibilities

  • Source and engage technical candidates
  • Manage candidate pipelines and track activity in ATS
  • Conduct screening and coordination of interviews
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align hiring strategy
  • Maintain recruiting metrics and reporting
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
