We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineering professional to support enterprise-scale middleware and messaging platforms. This role focuses on designing, maintaining, and optimizing highly available messaging environments while ensuring operational stability across mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise messaging platforms including IBM MQ, IBM Message Broker/ACE/IIB, Kafka, and Solace

• Maintain highly available middleware infrastructure across production environments

• Perform system administration, monitoring, and incident management

• Automate operational processes and improve platform reliability

• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support enterprise integrations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering experience

• 5+ years managing enterprise middleware messaging platforms (IBM MQ, ACE/IIB, Kafka, Solace)

• Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical environments

• Strong troubleshooting, automation, and operational support experience

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
