Information Security Engineer 3 – Virtual Directory (RadiantOne)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Directory Engineer to support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This role focuses heavily on RadiantOne FID Virtual Directory technology and will support the design, implementation, and enhancement of virtual directory solutions that aggregate and secure identity data across multiple systems.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically strong in LDAP and directory services, and comfortable operating in an Agile environment while supporting internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enhance virtual directory solutions using RadiantOne FID

• Configure and manage virtual views, persistent (cached) views, proxy views, and aggregated views

• Integrate and virtualize identity data from multiple silos

• Support Radiant Logic VDS and Oracle Unified Directory environments

• Participate in data center (DC) migration efforts

• Handle new customer intake and translate requirements into scalable solutions

• Respond to ServiceNow incidents, emails, calls, and troubleshooting sessions

• Monitor alerts and respond to operational issues

• Update and validate system documentation

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborative delivery efforts

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Information Security or IAM Engineering experience

• Hands-on experience with RadiantOne FID Virtual Directory (Required)

• Strong understanding of LDAP concepts and directory services

• Experience supporting Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) or similar directory platforms

• Experience with SQL (views, joins, lookups) and ETL/data integration concepts

• Ability to interact directly with internal customers and drive requirement clarity

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PingDirectory or PingFederate

• Understanding of RBAC, ABAC, or PBAC access control models

• Familiarity with SIEM tools and data aggregation concepts

• Experience in Agile environments

• Strong communication and customer service skills
