Private Lending Services Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX (2001 Ross Avenue)
Duration: 6-month contract
Pay Rate: $23/hr
Line of Business: Private Wealth Management (PWM) Operations

Overview

The Private Lending Services (PLS) team is a high-value control function within PWM Operations, supporting the Private Lending organization by facilitating new loan originations through GS Bank USA and GS International Bank for PWM clients and Private Equity firms across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance at origination, funding, and throughout the lifecycle of the loan, while delivering exceptional client service in a highly regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the private lending lifecycle

• Partner with Regional Lending Managers, Underwriters, Credit, Legal, and Global Client Financing teams

• Support loan application, origination, and servicing activities

• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal banking controls

• Execute strong risk and control practices while maintaining a client-first mindset

• Identify and implement process efficiencies to reduce manual tasks and enhance operational controls

• Manage time-sensitive and confidential tasks with urgency and precision

• Build relationships with senior business leaders across divisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Strong client service orientation

• High attention to detail and risk awareness

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability

• Comfortable working under pressure in a team-based setting
