Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant 
Location:
Charlotte, NC

Pay Rate: $23.70
Setting: On Site
Duration:
6+ months.

Required Qualifications:

  • Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & SharePoint
  • Notary Public or willingness to take the class and obtain the designation (Class/Stamp costs wbe reimbursed.
  • Familiarity with legal documents preferred
  • Experience in a professional environment
  • Familiarity with Purchase Orders/Purchase Requisitions
  • Filing – Includes creation of folders
  • Mail Processing – Pick up mail, scan and email to Analysts  
  • Mailings – Mail merge, stuffing envelopes, certified mail receipts or UPS mailing
  • Monitor group e-mail inbox and forward to the appropriate analyst
  • Coordinate execution of agreements 
  • Upload agreements into Landworks and SharePoint
  • Interact with Analysts on review of signed documents
  • Review and Upload UPS invoices for approval
  • Coordinate with Vendor Administration to obtain Vendor IDs
  • Interact with Landowners via phone and e-mail as requested
  • Record documents via Simplifile
  • Create/Update spreadsheets as required
  • Draft simple enclosure letters
  • Complete Expense Reports
