Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support moderately complex Agile initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and drive delivery alignment across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong Agile experience, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to coach teams while maintaining accountability for delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear prioritization and backlog readiness

• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and cross-team dependencies

• Support release planning and coordination activities

• Guide teams in Agile best practices and continuous improvement

• Analyze moderately complex Agile delivery challenges and recommend solutions

• Ensure compliance with enterprise policies, procedures, and governance standards

• Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to achieve delivery goals

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Scrum Master or Agile experience

• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework

• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and release coordination

• Ability to work within a matrixed enterprise environment

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within financial services or regulated industries

• Familiarity with AI-driven tools, Agentic AI concepts, or prompt engineering to enhance Scrum or release processes

• Experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools

• Demonstrated ability to motivate and coach teams toward high performance
