Seeking an experienced Scrum Lead to manage technical scrum teams in a fast-paced environment. The role will include temporary overlap managing two scrum teams simultaneously for approximately 2–3 weeks during the contract period.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical scrum teams through Agile ceremonies and delivery cycles
• Manage overlapping scrum teams for a defined 2–3 week period during mid-contract
• Support initiatives related to financial services marketing, promotional offers, and offer management
• Contribute to data center migration efforts
• Support microservices, data service products, and middleware management initiatives

Required Experience

• Experience leading technical scrum teams
• Experience in financial services marketing, promotional offers, or offer management
• Experience with data center migrations
• Experience working with microservices, data service products, or middleware management
