Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including ownership of complex requirements initiatives
  
• Proven experience documenting workflows and forms for automation initiatives
  
• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Power Automate or similar enterprise workflow platforms
  
• Strong stakeholder facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Advanced requirements elicitation and analysis
  
• Workflow and automation design documentation (Power Automate)
  
• Business process modeling and optimization
  
• Executive-level stakeholder communication
  
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and SharePoint
  
• Experience supporting enterprise workflow modernization or migration efforts
  
• Familiarity with business process management (BPM) frameworks and governance models
  
• Experience mentoring or leading other analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements elicitation and documentation for complex workflows and forms implemented using Microsoft Power Automate
  
• Own end-to-end requirements development, including discovery, analysis, validation, and approval with stakeholders
  
• Document current-state and future-state business processes using process maps, narratives, and detailed functional specifications
  
• Define advanced workflow requirements, including triggers, approvals, integrations, exception handling, and governance considerations
  
• Partner with Power Platform developers and IT architects to ensure requirements are solution-ready and aligned with platform standards
  
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, recommending automation and process improvement opportunities
  
• Maintain traceability between business requirements, design, testing, and delivered solutions
  
• Support and guide user acceptance testing (UAT), including review of test scenarios and validation of outcomes
  
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices for requirements and process documentation.
