Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including ownership of complex requirements initiatives
- Proven experience documenting workflows and forms for automation initiatives
- Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Power Automate or similar enterprise workflow platforms
- Strong stakeholder facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Advanced requirements elicitation and analysis
- Workflow and automation design documentation (Power Automate)
- Business process modeling and optimization
- Executive-level stakeholder communication
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and SharePoint
- Experience supporting enterprise workflow modernization or migration efforts
- Familiarity with business process management (BPM) frameworks and governance models
- Experience mentoring or leading other analysts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements elicitation and documentation for complex workflows and forms implemented using Microsoft Power Automate
- Own end-to-end requirements development, including discovery, analysis, validation, and approval with stakeholders
- Document current-state and future-state business processes using process maps, narratives, and detailed functional specifications
- Define advanced workflow requirements, including triggers, approvals, integrations, exception handling, and governance considerations
- Partner with Power Platform developers and IT architects to ensure requirements are solution-ready and aligned with platform standards
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, recommending automation and process improvement opportunities
- Maintain traceability between business requirements, design, testing, and delivered solutions
- Support and guide user acceptance testing (UAT), including review of test scenarios and validation of outcomes
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices for requirements and process documentation.
