We are seeking an experienced FinTech Product Manager to support complex, large-scale initiatives within a financial services technology organization. This role will focus on the launch and modernization of financial products within data-sharing and payments ecosystems, including open banking frameworks.
The ideal candidate brings strong product strategy, systems consulting, and stakeholder alignment experience within banking, fintech, or financial data platforms.
Lead and support modernization and launch of financial data and payment products
Drive initiatives related to open banking, API-based data sharing, and payments ecosystems
Translate business requirements into actionable product and system specifications
Facilitate alignment across technology, product, compliance, and business teams
Navigate complex, matrixed technology environments to deliver seamless customer experiences
Analyze large-scale, multi-faceted challenges and provide structured solutions
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality across deliverables
Present findings, recommendations, and product updates to senior stakeholders
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems Consulting, or Business Systems Design
Direct experience launching or modernizing financial products
Experience working in data-sharing ecosystems, payments, or API-driven platforms
Strong understanding of open banking frameworks (e.g., FDX or similar standards)
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Experience collaborating across complex technology and business matrices
Prior experience at a financial institution, fintech, or data aggregator
Familiarity with Financial Data Exchange (FDX) standards
Experience supporting payment platforms or digital financial services products
Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
Comfortable working in regulated financial environments
Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities
Skilled at driving consensus among diverse stakeholders
