Job Title: Lead Cyber Security Consultant

Pay Rate: 
12 Month Contract W2 Only.

We are seeking a senior cybersecurity expert to lead security research, framework development, and technical strategy supporting AI-driven solutions. This role will serve as the primary cybersecurity subject matter expert, partnering with AI/ML, engineering, and enterprise security teams to ensure secure design, threat readiness, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead technical consultant on cybersecurity including threat modeling, risk assessment, secure coding, and compliance.

• Research emerging threats and translate findings into security requirements for AI models and platforms.

• Define and maintain data-driven risk frameworks (e.g., Cyber Risk Rubric) to support AI risk prioritization.

• Partner with AI/ML teams to design security validation experiments and evaluate model effectiveness.

• Mentor teams on cybersecurity best practices and elevate overall security maturity.

• Act as liaison between AI development teams and broader cybersecurity organization.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience (security research, threat intelligence, or security architecture).

• Strong knowledge of threat modeling, vulnerability management, and secure development practices.

• Experience working with AI/ML or data-driven technologies preferred.

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
