RFP Specialist – Asset Management

�� Onsite – Dallas, TX 75201
�� Contract – 6 Months
�� W2: $36/hour -  40/hr


About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated RFP Specialist – Asset Management to support institutional client acquisition and retention efforts. This role is responsible for the end-to-end development, customization, and submission of high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and consultant database updates.

The ideal candidate has experience in asset management, institutional sales support, or investment content development and can translate complex investment strategies into compelling, client-ready materials.


Key Responsibilities

�� Proposal Development & Customization

  • Draft, edit, and tailor responses to RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs across asset classes including equities, fixed income, alternatives, and multi-asset solutions
  • Ensure messaging highlights investment capabilities and aligns with institutional client needs
  • Maintain consistency with brand standards and compliance requirements

�� Content Management (Qvidian)

  • Maintain and update centralized RFP content libraries
  • Ensure all responses are accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory standards
  • Identify content gaps and collaborate with subject matter experts to create new materials

�� Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Asset Managers, Portfolio Managers, Product Strategists, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations
  • Facilitate internal reviews and approvals to ensure accuracy and alignment

�� Project Management

  • Manage multiple concurrent RFP projects under tight deadlines
  • Track timelines and coordinate stakeholder inputs for timely submission

�� Strategic Communication

  • Translate complex investment concepts into clear, persuasive institutional messaging
  • Develop narratives that differentiate offerings in a competitive landscape

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial services
  • Experience in asset management, investment consulting, institutional sales support, or proposal writing strongly preferred
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
