Job Title: Business Execution Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC***On-Site Required***
Work Type: W2 Contingent

Role Overview

This contingent assignment supports Strategy and Execution initiatives within a banking environment. The Business Execution Consultant 5 will serve as a senior-level consultant responsible for driving highly complex business initiatives, with a strong focus on business project management, cross-functional execution, and stakeholder engagement.

Candidates with a banking background and Merchant Services experience are highly preferred. The role requires advanced problem-solving capabilities, strong leadership skills, and the ability to influence senior leadership while delivering large-scale, long-term solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult as a subject-matter expert to develop, influence, and execute initiatives addressing highly complex business and technical needs.
• Lead and manage business execution and project management efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Drive resolution of complex, multi-dimensional challenges through advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver innovative business execution solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables for large-scale initiatives.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with business partners, leadership, and project stakeholders.
• Apply strong governance, execution discipline, and change management practices to ensure successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Execution, Business Project Management, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Proven experience leading complex initiatives in a regulated or enterprise environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Banking industry experience, with Merchant Services experience highly desired.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
