Strategy and Planning Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $46.56 per hour


We are seeking a Strategy & Planning Consultant to support low to moderately complex initiatives within the Strategy & Planning function. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with strong analytical skills and a desire to contribute to planning activities, process improvements, and tactical deliverables. Candidates should bring foundational experience in strategy, planning, operations, consulting, or equivalent military experience.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in low to moderately complex Strategy & Planning initiatives.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within existing planning workflows.

• Review and analyze basic or tactical assignments requiring research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives.

• Present recommendations for resolving routine or moderately complex challenges.

• Exercise some independent judgment while developing a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Provide information and support to client stakeholders within the Strategy & Planning function.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Strategy & Planning experience, OR equivalent experience through work, consulting, military service, training, or education.

• Ability to research, evaluate alternatives, and provide sound recommendations.

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
