Required/ Basic Requirements:

Senior Procurement Specialist Required Qualifications:

Degree in IT, Supply-Chain, Business Administration or related field required:

• Bachelor's + 5 years' work experience
• Associates degree + 7 years' work experience
• HS/GED + 9 years' work experience

Lead Procurement Specialist Required Qualifications:

Degree in IT, Supply-Chain, Business Administration or related field required:

• Bachelor's + 7 years' work experience
• Associates degree + 9 years' work experience

HS/GED + 11 years' work experience

Requirements:

• Strong negotiation skills and experience in IT sourcing, contracting, and procurement.
• Excellent organization, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and adapt to change.
• Knowledge of IT contracts, including EULA, SaaS/cloud, support, service level, telecom, and managed services agreements.
• Understanding of the full procure-to-pay process and ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
• Proactive in improving procurement processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
