QA Analyst III – API Testing

Location: Charlotte, NC 
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office – Tue/Wed/Thu)
Duration: 12 Months
Positions Available: 1

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of software QA or testing experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in API testing (required).

• Experience writing and executing test cases, documenting results, and logging defects.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to define testing approaches for agile teams.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Automation testing experience (preferably with Tricentis Tosca).

• Familiarity with Power BI, Salesforce, or other enterprise business platforms.

• Exposure to Adobe Sign, contract management, or workflow automation systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
