Job Title: Senior Python / Full Stack Engineer

Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex, large-scale initiatives within Specialty Software Engineering, leveraging deep expertise in Python, full stack engineering, and UI/UX design. This role requires strong technical leadership, strategic collaboration with clients, and the ability to evaluate and resolve multi-faceted engineering challenges with high impact and complexity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and consult on complex software engineering initiatives with broad enterprise impact.
- Architect, design, and develop Python-based and full stack solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Deliver front-end UI/UX design and engineering aligned with modern usability and accessibility best practices.
- Review and analyze multi-variable, complex engineering problems—considering both technical and strategic implications.
- Advise on long-term solution roadmaps, technical frameworks, and engineering standards.
- Strategically collaborate with client stakeholders, architecture, and product teams to drive solution alignment with business goals.
- Ensure solutions adhere to policies, compliance requirements, and enterprise engineering standards.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other engineers as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience developing with Python (advanced proficiency) — Required
- 4–6 years of Full Stack engineering experience — Required
- 2–4 years of UI/UX development experience — Required
- Experience with full stack Java — Preferred
- Proven experience contributing to large-scale, complex engineering programs.
- Strong understanding of software engineering standards, architecture, and compliance considerations.
- Excellent communication and ability to consult strategically with senior technical and business stakeholders.
