We are seeking a Product Delivery Specialist with strong experience in business execution, implementation, and strategic planning to support the end-to-end delivery of merchant-facing products and initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and is passionate about improving product performance, merchant satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the delivery lifecycle of merchant-facing products and services—from planning and story refinement through release and post-implementation review.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize user stories in alignment with business goals.
• Utilize Jira to manage sprint progress, track deliverables, and ensure alignment across agile teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and value-driven outcomes.
• Collaborate with merchant experience teams to identify process improvements, remove delivery roadblocks, and enhance the overall customer journey.
• Support release coordination and readiness activities, ensuring smooth deployments and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators to evaluate delivery success and inform future enhancements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, preferably in a product delivery or merchant services environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Jira and agile delivery practices.
• Proven ability to refine complex business requirements into well-defined user stories.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on execution and results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
• Background in merchant services required

• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe frameworks.
• Experience supporting product or program management functions.
• Knowledge of APIs, payment systems, or merchant integration workflows.
