Pay: $42-47/hr W2
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategy Manager to drive long-term profitable growth through the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across integrated channels. This role combines analytical thinking, creative execution, and cross-functional collaboration to shape data-driven go-to-market initiatives that strengthen brand performance and deliver measurable ROI and ROO outcomes.
As a strategic leader, you’ll help define marketing roadmaps, create actionable program plans, and oversee campaign execution across multiple channels — from mass media to digital engagement — ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and go-to-market plans aligned with business objectives and market performance goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create and deliver integrated campaigns across mass, direct, digital, and employee channels.
- Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using financial and operational metrics such as ROI and ROO to measure success and optimize future initiatives.
- Lead the creation of program, product, pricing, and communication plans, ensuring effective alignment with brand and product strategy.
- Apply marketing analytics and statistical analysis to interpret business and member data, identify opportunities, and support decision-making.
- Evaluate marketing technologies, platforms, and products for scalability, innovation, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Guide cross-functional teams and agency partners in executing deliverables on time, on budget, and in compliance with established processes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
- (In lieu of a degree, 4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted.)
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business analysis, or campaign management.
- Proven success in developing and managing multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical background with demonstrated experience applying ROI, ROO, and performance metrics to marketing outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access).
- Strong understanding of industry data sources and data-driven decision-making.
