Job Title: Business Analyst / Change Management Lead – Wholesale Loan Trading Project
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Pay: $62-65/hr W2 ONLY
This role is part of a Wholesale Loan Trading project within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) division. The contractor will support the operational build-out for the bank’s initiative to purchase residential mortgages, maintain them on the balance sheet, and manage servicing for the life of the loan.
Act as a project manager by establishing deadlines, coordinating activities, creating progress reports, and ensuring overall organization and accountability.
Coordinate interactions between operations and technology teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation within JIRA.
Ensure adherence to Agile methodology throughout project execution.
Coordinate and execute UAT testing to validate functionality and business requirements.
Develop and maintain desk procedures and operational documentation to support process consistency and knowledge retention.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
Hands-on experience utilizing JIRA for user story creation, progress tracking, and workflow organization.
Experience in product ownership and development, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable tasks.
Proven experience in UAT testing, documentation, and coordination with technology teams.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally between operations and technology to deliver project outcomes.
Deep understanding of wholesale banking operations, including trade lifecycle and loan trading processes.
Familiarity with operational workflows and reconciliation processes.
Demonstrated experience working with reconciliations and/or reconciliation-related projects.
Experience using mTrade (trade system).
Experience using Moneta (wire system).
Background in outbound money movement and related operational workflows.
Proven experience in Change Management and/or Business Analysis.
Previous work in Operations within a financial or wholesale banking environment.
