Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on and participate in moderately complex software engineering initiatives supporting the Lightweight Workflow System (APPID – LWFS) within the SSAT team. The role involves hands-on development using Java, Angular, and NodeJS, with opportunities to contribute to large-scale planning, design, and performance engineering. You will collaborate with client personnel to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable solutions within a modern enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack Java applications with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular and NodeJS.
- Contribute to system architecture and design discussions for lightweight workflow tools using the Alfresco platform.
- Review and analyze software engineering challenges requiring evaluation of multiple technical factors.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance tuning.
- Ensure solutions adhere to engineering best practices, security baselines, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Charlotte region to meet delivery milestones.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent through work, consulting, training, or education.
- Extensive hands-on coding experience with Core Java, Angular, and NodeJS.
- Experience with Spring Boot and full-stack development in enterprise environments.
- Working knowledge of performance engineering and cloud computing concepts.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and Agile practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the Alfresco Platform for workflow and content management.
- Familiarity with ReactJS or other JavaScript frameworks.
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
