Data Center Operations Analyst - Tier 1

Charlotte NC

12 months- in office Tue-Thurs, remote Mon/Fri

W2 Rate - $30/hr

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science and at least 1-year related work experience – or - High School/GED and 3 year(s) related work experience
• Hands-on experience with Cisco enterprise networking product.
• Familiar with Data Network/Transport Environments.
• Ability to lead amongst peers to fulfill requests and resolve issues.
• Ability to analyze, resolve, and document problems and resolution.
• Strong Written and Verbal communication skills.

Experience and working knowledge of:

• Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Citrix).
• Data Center working environment.
• Windows server and desktop operating systems.
• Linux and UNIX server operating systems.
• Storage Area Network Infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Must be able to participate in rotational schedule to assist with heavy patch deployment nights (e.g. Thursday and Saturday).
