Data - Systems Architect 4

Hybrid onsite 3 days in office/2 days remote

• 5+ years of Systems Architecture experience, or equivalent
• Seeking a Data Architect with a strong HR tech domain background
• Will help with system architecture, data center moves, rationalization efforts, and similar.
• Looking for someone with deep HR tech experience and knowledge of modern Human Capital Management and data platforms.
• Must have strong experience within Data architecture; system architecture;

Technical skills required:

• Workday HCM integrations or data models
• Background in Microsoft Fabric (or similar, e.g. Azure, Synapse, PowerBI, etc)  data warehousing
• Data Center moves or Cloud migrations – with migration, consolidation experience
