Job Title: Commercial Loan Closing Specialist

Location:  Charlotte, NC   ***On-Site

Duration: 3+ Months
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement

 DUTIES

•  Auditing transactions
• - Validating transaction documents match information in system of record
• - Remediate information discrepancies
• - Perform document review & language review
• - Sync municipal documents that are non-standard to ensure alignment with legal and credit approvals

 TOP SKILLS

• - Document and language experience
• - Experience processing transactions in a corporate environment (and making decisions on them independently)
• - Leasing processing experience –> data entry, matching information, adhering to process documents
• - Experience or experience with a system of record

Desired:

• Loan closing experience (1+ years)
• Experience with loan closing systems (nCino, CoMET) preferred
• Loan documentation experience preferred
• Multitasking ability critical
• Ability to deal with peak funding and closing periods

• - Can work independently
