Business Execution Consultant- (Hybrid)

Location: Saint Louis, Missouri
Duration: 12 months
Pay: $60.00 per hour


We are seeking a Business Execution Consultant to driver operational excellence, risk governance, and supplier management across the enterprise.  This role requires strong execution, risk management, and stakeholder partnership skills to ensure business objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business execution and operations for multiple business groups.
• Support supplier and third-party risk management throughout the lifecycle.
• Analyze and resolve complex business, operational, and risk challenges.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, mitigate risks, and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, risk partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years in Business Execution, Strategic Planning, Implementation, or Risk (work, consulting, training, military, or education).
• 3+ years of independent accountability in risk activities and performance management.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to partner, influence, and negotiate with senior leaders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Tableau knowledge preferred.
• Experience with third-party risk management and contracts strongly desired.
