Job Title: System Reliability Engineer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled System Reliability Engineer with deep expertise in cloud computing, performance engineering, and systems administration. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of enterprise applications and cloud infrastructure while proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing systems. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, performance tuning, and hands-on experience across multiple platforms and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, maintain, and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability for enterprise applications.
• Perform performance engineering, tuning, and troubleshooting of applications, databases, and servers.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud environments, including Azure cloud solutions.
• Implement and maintain application performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk.
• Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows and Linux server environments.
• Manage databases including Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Support Java Full Stack and .NET applications, including IIS and Tomcat environments.
• Configure and manage network load balancing and related infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve software and system issues and optimize application performance.
• Provide systems engineering support to improve overall operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Cloud Computing: 2–4 years experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure.
• Performance Engineering & Tuning: 4–6 years experience with performance analysis, optimization, and tuning.
• Databases: 4–6 years experience with SQL and Oracle; 2–4 years experience with MongoDB.
• Programming & Platforms: 2–4 years experience in Java Full Stack and .NET applications.
• Application Monitoring: 2–4 years experience with AppDynamics; 4–6 years with Splunk.
• Server Administration: 4–6 years experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Web & Application Servers: 2–4 years experience with Tomcat; 4–6 years experience with IIS.
• Networking: 2–4 years experience with network load balancing and related infrastructure.
• Systems Engineering & Troubleshooting: 4–6 years experience in systems engineering and software troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
