Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Technical Product Owner for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients!

Candidates should be willing to work on our W2 ONLY.

The Product Professional leads the development of the Product Vision at the Product Family level, focusing on delivering business value and enhancing the customer experience. They ensure alignment and manage dependencies across teams within the product family, as well as with cross-functional partners.

• The Senior Principal, operating as an individual contributor (IC) and servant leader, does not manage team members directly. Instead, they leverage their deep expertise to identify strategic patterns and opportunities without needing to analyze every detail step by step
• Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role of management.
• Works in workstreams focused on core customer success domains like service operations, disaster recovery and observability.

• Financial Industry Experience or DATA DOG/NEW RELIC
• Monitoring, Logging and Alerting tools (MLA)
• Telemetry strategy
• Communication Skills-Interact with various teams (Engineering, Product)
• Platform Convergence
• Capture requirements and user stories
• Data Dog/New Relic or similar tech stack
• Involved with integration observability
• Tech and non-tech stakeholder management
• Work on workstream of observability integration—DATA DOG/NEW RELIC (Merging of 2 platforms)
• Partnership with Product folks on team and the development team
• A lot of cross-functional work with other teams
• Strategic alignment with product owners
• Technical background including SDLC exposure/monitoring, logging, and Alerting (MLA)
• Risk Management—Cybersecurity
• Capture requirements with user stories
