Job Description:

• We are seeking a dedicated EAM Systems Analyst to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) at an IT level, including systems and development experience across various platforms such as iPaaS, SaaS, and on-premises solutions.
• This role involves working closely with EAM business leads to understand system requirements, drive configuration and implementation efforts, and support deployments and IT change management.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration with EAM Business Leads:

• Work with EAM business leads to understand the system being implemented across all requirements.
• Drive the configuration and implementation efforts to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Deployment and IT Change Management:
• Support the deployments of EAM systems and manage IT change management processes.
• Handle the configuration and technical components of the platforms to ensure successful implementation.
• EAM Systems Development and Support:
• Develop, implement, and support EAM systems to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of EAM systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EAM systems in a timely manner.

Platform Management:

• Manage and support EAM systems across various platforms, including iPaaS, SaaS, and on-premises solutions.
• Ensure that EAM systems are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.

Required Qualifications:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems or equivalent discipline. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, additional years related experience may be considered.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Preferred: One or more professional certifications in specific job-related disciplines.

Related Experience:

• Required: Six years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, a minimum high school diploma and 4+ additional years related experience may be considered.
• Preferred: Eight years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA) Required:

• Strong knowledge of business software applications and hardware technologies. Stays current with IT industry trends and emerging technologies; suggests application of new technologies when appropriate.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Frequently presents information to their team and department.
• Understands project plans and is able to clearly articulate their role, project goals, and timelines. Develops project plans for small projects; partners with Project Managers to develop project plans for large projects.
• Creates and reviews technical design specifications and possesses knowledge of development tools and technologies in support of the Information Technology Architecture.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent technical skills in EAM systems development and support.
• Strong understanding of different platforms (iPaaS, SaaS, on-premises) and their integration.
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Preferred:
• Experience in managing and optimizing EAM systems for performance, scalability, and security.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in EAM and related platforms.
• Proven experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) at an IT level, including systems and development experience.
• Experience with various platforms such as iPaaS, SaaS, and on-premises solutions.
• Strong background in troubleshooting and resolving EAM system issues.
