Key responsibilities include:

• Direct daily project and program management of the DDX Modernization program, including all functions typically associated with program management (including but not limited to: reporting, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, work breakdown, execution management, communications). DDX operates in a hybrid delivery environment that includes both waterfall and agile best practices.
• Hands on development of the target state architecture with development team owners, product owners, and DDX architects, wherever lacking/missing
• Hands on creation of a step by step plan to move dependent/integrated chunks (mostly API-based) of the DDX platform to the target state architecture, including development, test, deployment, and data migration plans that ensure components are not sitting in production environment/staging for an extended period of time without live data moving through them (awaiting the deployment of other integrated API's or systems)
• Interfacing with executive leadership and product management to communicate progress on a regular basis; creating a compelling narrative that simplifies the development, test, and deployment plan into meaningful and impactful messages & action
• Influencing others without direct control in order to deliver the plan, holding leaders at all levels of the organization accountable to commitments throughout the entirety of the engagement
• Managing plan dependencies that span the whole of the Global Payments Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and any other organization contributing to executing the modernization roadmap
• Interfacing and collaborating effectively with multiple delivery organizations, including business program management, portfolio management, compliance management, and the rest of the agile delivery management organization into which this role reports.
