Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (30-minute lunch), 40 hours per week
Pay: $60-$70 per hour
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Third-Party Risk / RSCA Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role will support the Third-Party Risk program, ensuring strong risk management practices, accurate reporting, and efficient execution of control activities. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills in Microsoft Office tools with critical thinking, accountability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Support Third-Party Risk and RSCA program activities by gathering, analyzing, and documenting data and controls.
Draft and update risk/control documentation, communications, and reporting deliverables.
Leverage Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) for reporting and analysis.
Create and maintain documentation in Word and SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
Utilize Teams, Outlook, and Skype for effective communication, meeting setup, and collaboration.
Apply snipping tools and (preferred) Visio for process mapping or visual documentation.
Prioritize and execute daily tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for results.
Communicate work status, timelines, and deliverables clearly to management and stakeholders.
Contribute to process improvements and ensure adherence to established procedures.
Experience in Third-Party Risk Management and/or Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RSCA) programs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools:
Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, summation formulas.
Word: standard functionality and formatting.
SharePoint: navigation and document management.
Teams: screen sharing and collaboration.
Outlook: meeting scheduling and email management.
Familiarity with snipping tools for reporting or documentation.
Strong initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated accountability and ownership of responsibilities.
Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize and deliver results promptly.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Visio for process flow creation.
Experience completing skills-based assessments in Excel, Word, SharePoint, or drafting communications.
