Business Analyst (Hybrid)

Location: Detroit, MI 

Seeking an Operations Analyst to support Operational Issue Management & Change Request Coordination. This role will track and report operational issues, log/document details, take meeting notes/action items, and support the full lifecycle of change requests—including financial tracking and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze & interpret complex operational data; identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Track, report, and manage issue resolution across SHS operations
  • Support change request process from initiation through closure, including financial/budget oversight
  • Compile and present reports to management; recommend process improvements
  • Document procedures, test systems, and support workflow/process enhancements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and provide support/training to internal and external stakeholders

Top Required Skills:

  • Strong data analysis with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Teams)
  • Experience with Medicare insurance programs

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under limited supervision
  • Effective verbal/written communication and confidentiality management
  • Proven ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience (required)
