Business Analyst (Hybrid)
Location: Detroit, MI
Seeking an Operations Analyst to support Operational Issue Management & Change Request Coordination. This role will track and report operational issues, log/document details, take meeting notes/action items, and support the full lifecycle of change requests—including financial tracking and budget management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze & interpret complex operational data; identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Track, report, and manage issue resolution across SHS operations
- Support change request process from initiation through closure, including financial/budget oversight
- Compile and present reports to management; recommend process improvements
- Document procedures, test systems, and support workflow/process enhancements
- Collaborate cross-functionally and provide support/training to internal and external stakeholders

- Strong data analysis with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Teams)
- Experience with Medicare insurance programs

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of relevant experience (required)
