Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an Experience Design Specialist, a W2 contract opportunity with one of our largest clients!
Candidates should be willing to work on our W2 ONLY, NO C2C
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to help create omnichannel marketing campaigns for employees. The right person will have experience working in a fast-paced, creative, advertising agency-like environment. Must be a power user for Adobe Creative Suite apps. A portfolio review will be needed for the interview.Responsibilities:
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term experience design challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
