Customer Service Representative (Banking)

Pay Rate: $15/hr – W2 Only

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of banking or customer service experience.
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with limited supervision.
Day to Day
- Process bank-by-mail items in line with internal policies and federal regulations.
- Meet and adhere to daily processing deadlines.
- Collaborate with supporting departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Identify process trends, issues, and defects; recommend improvements.
