Systems Operations Engineer (Hybrid)

Locations: Chandler, AZ | Minneapolis, MN | Charlotte, NC

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role requires a strong technical foundation in Windows environments, as well as the versatility to work across multiple platforms and tools. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in production support, incident management, and systems engineering, with the ability to quickly adapt to evolving technologies. This position offers a balanced scope of responsibilities, including incident response and change management, monitoring and automation enhancements, and project-based engineering initiatives. Candidates must be located within commuting distance of one of our hiring hubs and willing to work in the office three days per week.

 Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on production support, including incident response, system troubleshooting, and application deployment.
• Execute change management processes to ensure stability and compliance across environments.
• Develop and implement improvements in monitoring, observability, and automation to drive operational efficiency.
• Participate in long-term project-based engineering efforts, including system upgrades, integrations, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable technical solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and system changes.

 Required Qualifications

• Strong Windows background (required).
• Linux experience (preferred).
• Proven experience providing hands-on support in live production environments.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to different platforms, applications, and tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Work Environment

• Hybrid role: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
• Candidate must be based in Chandler, AZ; Minneapolis, MN; or Charlotte, NC.
• This is not a fully remote position
