Job Title: Genesys Engineer (On-Premise Applications)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Contract Length: 24 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Genesys Engineer with deep expertise in Genesys Engage On-Premise applications to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience with Genesys Engage and proven hands-on expertise deploying and supporting on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and support Genesys Framework/Management components in on-premise environments.

• Work with SIP Servers, Resource Manager, MCP, CUCM Tservers, Universal Routing Server, Stat Server, GAX, WDE, and Callback.

• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.

• Support release deployments, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements to Genesys environments.

• Provide technical expertise and best practices for Genesys architecture and operations.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Engage On-Premise Applications.

• Proven expertise in deploying, managing, and supporting:

  • Genesys Framework/Management components

  • SIP Servers, Resource Manager, MCP, CUCM Tservers

  • Universal Routing Server, Stat Server

  • GAX, WDE, Callback

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex environments.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, team-based environment.
