Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience with Enterprise level support, maintaining RightFax and other fax systems in a Production Operations environment. This includes application installation, upgrades, vulnerability management, incident and change management, migrations between fax systems.
• Systems Operations Experience
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Troubleshooting of complex issues and root cause analysis
• Incident and Change Management
• Monitoring and Observability
• Willing to work outside of normal hours and on-call rotation as needed.
