Job Title: Facilitator
Location: Plano, TX/ Tampa, FL/ Phoenix, AZ
Contract Length: 18+ Months/

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and deliver training programs (e.g., leadership, customer service, compliance, cultural competency) that support organizational goals.
- Facilitate interactive learning sessions across modalities (in-person, virtual, hybrid), utilizing adult learning principles and experiential methodologies.
- Collaborate with L&D partners, HR, and business leaders to assess training needs, establish learning objectives, and co-create content.
- Drive an inclusive learning environment—encouraging diverse perspectives, psychological safety, and active participation.
- Incorporate member-first approach by embedding client-focused scenarios and real-world applications into training materials.
- Collect and analyze training feedback and performance outcomes; apply data-driven improvements to enhance efficacy and impact.
- Demonstrate servant leadership by coaching participants, enabling leadership skills development, and fostering team growth.
- Ensure content integrity and relevance by maintaining current knowledge of organizational policies, best practices, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilitation, curriculum design, and delivering robust training programs (especially in financial services or related industries).
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and ability to translate complex content into engaging, relevant experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in evaluating training outcomes and implementing enhancements.
- Adaptability to varying formats and learning environments, with a focus on high engagement.
- Preferred: Experience with agile or lean learning methods, DEI-focused training, and relevant certification (e.g., ATD, CPT, or equivalent).
