Job Description:
As a Genesys Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Genesys Cloud CX platform to support our global customer engagement strategy. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of voice, chat, email, and digital channels, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure Genesys Cloud CX solutions including IVR, routing strategies, and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate Genesys with CRM systems, workforce management tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Support deployment of new features, upgrades, and patches in coordination with IT and vendor teams.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and support staff.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage.
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations and omnichannel customer engagement.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and APIs for system integration.
  • Familiarity with telephony protocols (SIP, VoIP) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Genesys certifications (e.g., Genesys Cloud CX Certified Professional).
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of workforce management and quality monitoring tools.
  • Background in financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
