Job Title: Product Manager

Duration: 18+ Months
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement

JOB DESCRIPTION

 In this contingent resource assignment, you may:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Product Management.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Product Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Experienced Product Manager and Data Migration Consultant with a strong track record leading CRM transformation initiatives, particularly Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 migrations. 
• Adept at managing end-to-end data migration lifecycles, ensuring data quality, compliance, and minimal business disruption. 
• Brings deep expertise in aligning technical execution with business goals across cross-functional teams.

Develop and execute data migration strategies, including risk mitigation and rollback plans

• Cleanse, audit, and validate data to ensure quality and compatibility
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to align on requirements and resolve issues
• Maintain detailed records of migration processes for compliance and future reference:
