We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Execution Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute high-impact in-person events targeting corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate will support the entire event lifecycle, from strategy and planning to post-event analysis, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Plan and execute client-facing events that support relationship building and new business development
Coordinate venue selection, logistics, on-site execution, and vendor management
Develop event content and select speakers aligned with target audience interests
Maintain event records and track metrics in Salesforce and other tools
Collaborate with Advisors, Business Developers, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution
Create timelines, meeting agendas, and post-event summaries
Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements
Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare performance reports and presentations
1+ years of professional experience (event coordination or similar)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Salesforce a plus
Willingness to travel as needed
