Job Description:
- Technical Program Manager for large programs
- We are seeking a reliable and resourceful professional to support strategic programs across large-scale technological functions.
- This role blends strategic analysis, program delivery, compliance oversight, and executive communications to drive informed decision-making and enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with technology leaders to drive large-scale initiatives across Data Centers, Cloud Migration, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Create and deliver high-impact executive presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, leveraging storytelling techniques to influence stakeholders and support strategic goals.
- Develop training materials and KPI dashboards to streamline onboarding, team integration, and performance tracking.
- Lead the implementation of technology initiatives that improve compliance metrics and audit readiness.
- Conduct financial and resource analysis to optimize allocation and achieve cost savings across technology operations.
- Coordinate project milestones and manage change control processes using Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Design and maintain dashboards using business intelligence tools and Confluence to support data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology solutions.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in technology business analysis, program coordination, or executive support roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio, with a strong ability to design dashboards and communicate insights through data storytelling.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; experience writing JIRA user stories and managing sprint deliverables.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with a proven track record of supporting C-level executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field; teaching or training experience is a plus.
