Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with deep ServiceNow product knowledge and a strong foundation in data quality, enterprise architecture, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor and technical expert, helping align ServiceNow solutions and enterprise technology initiatives with business objectives. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency, business consulting capabilities, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or custom apps.
- Champion data quality standards and data management best practices throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and engineers to ensure seamless systems integration and cloud adoption (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Use BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL to generate insights and drive data-informed decisions.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, or DevOps practices to manage ServiceNow development lifecycles and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST, HIPAA, SOX).
- Conduct business process analysis and map workflows to drive operational efficiency.
- Engage in strategic planning to align ServiceNow and digital transformation initiatives with broader business goals.
- Lead change management efforts and support user adoption of new systems and processes.
- Build relationships with executives, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and present technology strategies.
- Evaluate technology projects for ROI, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with budget constraints.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, forward-thinking work culture.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow (product use, administration, development, or architecture).
- Proven experience in data management and data quality frameworks.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system design, and application integration.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
- Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies, especially Agile or DevOps.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance, and risk mitigation principles.
