Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Mobile Support Technician for a W2 contract opportunity with one of our clients!

Job Description:

Our client’s Mobile team supports over 13,500 iPhones and 2500 iPads.  Mobile team members are responsible for deploying, troubleshooting, and rebuilding iOS devices. 
Knowledge of iOS is required and any Mobile Device Management services such as InTune or Airwatch is preferred. 
Mobile devices are throughout the Hospitals and Ambulatory sites so travel between the buildings for in-person support is necessary.  Carrier knowledge such as Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile as well as Android is a plus. 

This position has a mandatory weekly paid On-Call that rotates between team members.  The Mobile team is looking for candidates with a great attitude, communication skills and a calm demeanor.

Education

• HS Diploma or equivalent. Associate or bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred, along with Information Technology / Support industry certifications.

Required Skills:

• ITIL certification highly preferred.
• One to three (1-3) years of successful experience in Access Management, Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support responsibilities required.
• Five (5) years or more experience working in a 24/7/365 Health Care environment Access Management, Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support position using phone and email to provide direct end-user support and account management, preferred.
• ServiceNow ITSM tool usage, Mainframe knowledge, general account administration and Microsoft Active Directory administration experience highly preferred.
• Basic account management skills and knowledge on the creation, modification, and termination of user accounts across multiple platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance required, personal vehicle to travel between hospitals and mileage reimbursement will follow government rates for reimbursement.
