Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Senior Project manager, a W2 contract opportunity with one of our largest clients in Charlotte, NC—onsite—5 days!

Candidates should be willing to work on our W2 ONLY, NO C2C

Key Skills: Project manager with Risk Management, specifically Financial Crimes/AML/BSA Program experience

Job Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Project Management and contribute to large-scale planning related to Project Management deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Project Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Project Management deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Project Management.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
• Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges related to project execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of project management, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
• Lead team or executive level meetings to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
• Own and manage key project management deliverables including detailed project plan, RAID log, and status report
• Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership and project team members

Skills:

• 5+ years of Project Management/ Execution experience in a complex regulatory environment
• Strong Change Management / Program Management expertise (PMP certification or equivalent)
• Risk Management, specifically Financial Crimes/AML/BSA Program experience
• Proven self-motivated and comfortable operating in large transformational programs as part of collaborate teams
• Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: process improvements, continuous improvement, or LEAN

Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
